अवध क्षेत्र समेत प्रदेश के कई हिस्सों में सोमवार दोपहर आई आंधी व बारिश से जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया। पेड़ व बिजली गिरने और दीवार ढहने से 18 लोगों की जान चली गई, जबकि काफी लोग घायल हो गए। दीवार व छज्जे गिरने से मवेशियों की भी जान गई है।
