पंचायत चुनाव के दूसरे चरण में आज लखनऊ समेत 20 जिलों में वोटिंग होगी। इसके लिए 20,929 मतदान केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए गए हैं। 57 कंपनी पीएसी और 10 कंपनी केंद्रीय अर्ध सैनिक बल लगाया गया है।
