आरबीआई को अपनी जांच में पेटीएम द्वारा जोड़े गए नए ग्राहकों की केवाईसी में गड़बड़ी पकड़ी थी। ऑडिट करने के बाद आरबीआई ने पेटीएम पेमेंट बैंक को 20 जून से नए ग्राहक जोड़ने पर रोक लगा दी थी।
